This rare and distinguished liqueur has been made from cultivated cloudberry with traditional extract methods and firm expertise. Cloudberry grows wildly on wide swamp areas of Finnish Lapland. Cloudberry-Light is sweetened with fruit sugar, aka fructose. Fructose is natural sugar, which is known to emphasise the natural flavour of berries and fruits. Cloudberry-Light is stylish and smoothly massive liqueur, where softness and aromatic taste of cloudberry is combined in a humble way. Especially fructose brings the wild and rare taste of cloudberry out of the liqueur.
