Following his artistic and entrepreneurial spirit, in 1984 Joseph Helfrich designed a bottle with a revolutionary shape. He named it Joséphine. It stood out from the crowd with its original curves, slanted neck and generous body. The first brand of French wine was born and its name was JP Chenet.Since its launch, the brand has strived to distinguish itself from the traditional image of French wine and adapted its offering to the needs of consumers. J.P. Chenet endeavours to take wine beyond the associated formal codes. We attempt to guide the consumer along the shelves and propose new moments to enjoy wine innovation policy.In the vineyard, a rigorous selection of parcels takes place by our winemakers to identify the best possible terroir and grape varieties. From the moment that the grapes begin to ripen, the chosen vineyards are monitored with care. Our winemakers are omnipresent during the vinification.
