The term "Rive" in Veneto dialect means “steep”, and indeed the hills where this Prosecco comes from are the steepest of the whole DOCG area; Prosecco Rive is considered to be the most valued Prosecco Superiore DOCG.Elegant, it has fruity notes of apple, pear and peach.Ideal as aperitif, it is a perfect match with fish starters and first courses (with shellfish for example), but also with vegetable-based dishes like risotto with asparagus, poultry or fish second courses, fruit and pastries.
