The unparalleled signature style of the Rémy Martin cognacs is the perfect harmony of mature and powerful aromas thanks to the selection of eau-de-vie coming exclusively from the heart of cognac - Fine Champagne Cognac. To this day, all the Rémy Martin cognacs come exclusively from the two most prestigious crus, Petite and Grande Champagne, representing “The Heart of Cognac”. These regions deliver the most complex and opulent eaux-de-vie because the grapes have grown on distinctive chalky & porous soil and under a micro climate perfect for optimum maturation. The eaux-de-vies are then distilled according to the traditional distillation method: in small copper stills, distilled with lees and blended with talent by the cellar masters.
