The Corvezzo family are the leading producers of organic Prosecco in Italy. They are also a leader in sustainable viticulture, recycling water, using solar power, and prunings to heat their winery when needed. The millesimato Rosé Brut is a beautiful wine, a mix of Glera and Pinot Noir aged for 6-months before release. The Pinot and longer aging adds complexity and power making this super wine to pair with an assortment of different foods, but also perfect on its own in good company, at a a party or on a pick-nick.
