Spanish Pearl - Organic Priorat wine!Grapes are harvested using 18kg boxes to preserve their integrity. They are barreled into 10.000L stainless steel deposits for the alcoholic fermentation. They are then pressed and racked and returned to the deposits for the malolactic fermentation. Finally, the wine is transferred to amphora vessels for 5 months.Wine tasting notes:• Sight: Intense cherry red.
