Chianti is a well-known wine and one of the main symbols of the great Italian winemaking tradition. Sangiovese, Cabernet and Merlot grapes are harvested in the classic area between Florence and Siena. It is aged in barriques for 9 to 12 months. Intense and persistent. It is characterized by notes of violet, ripe fruits and vanilla bean notes, with balsamic notes and hints of licorice in the finish. Captivating, soft and velvety, it is soft and elegant on the palate, rich in noble tannins and persistent. Perfect with red meat roasts, game and great cheeses (above all, seasoned pecorino).
