Piper-Heidsieck wines are radiant and crisp. This style is defined by Régis Camus, Piper-Heidsieck’s winemaker. He was named winemaker of the year in 2013 for the 7th time since 2004, and the 5th time in a row. Piper-Heidsieck wines are made of a majority of carefully selected pinots noirs, to bring crispiness and radiance. This parti-pris of Régis Camus is best expressed in the Cuvée Brut, with its notes of crunchy fruit - granny smith apple - and fresh pineapple
