Beskrivning

In 2006, Christine and Jean-Yves Millaire, the owners, decided to switch the vineyard to organic production, firstly to respect their terroir and soils, and also to try and leave the lands which will one day belong to their children in the best possible condition. This method of farming means the grapes they bring to their wine storehouses are bursting with health and are very representative of their terroir, The terroir of Canon Fronsac with its very typical argilo-calcareous slopes. They are very proud to produce healthy wines which are grown the most traditional way possible.
