(Alessandria, PIedmont), Bra (Cuneo, PIedmont) and Sassello (Savona, Liguria). Elah, set up in Genoa in 1909, produces Mixes for pudding and cakes and Toffee sweets.Dufour, set up in Genoa in 1926, produces a wide range of sweets.Novi, set up in Novi Ligure in 1903, produces chocolate and leads the Italian market with many well-known products inspired by the italian tradition: Nocciolato (hazelnut chocolate), a wide offer in the dark chocolate segment (Fondentenero, Nero Nero), the traditional Gianduja Piemonte and a delicious range of pralines: Gianduiotti, Cuadro, Otello.The mission of our Group is to produce high quality at a fair price, respecting tradition.
