Egerie de Pannier is the prestige Cuvée of Maison Pannier. A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir sourced from grand and premier cru rated villages. The blend is mainly Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with about 5% of the very best Pinot Meunier. This champagne is aged for 8-years on the lees, with 4g/l residual sugar. The 2002 Magnum is a late release that has been aged in the Pannier cellars under Château Thierry, until spring 2022.
