Baco Madrid, Silvermedalj & 90 p DECANTER WORLD WINE AWARDS 2023 & 24) och namn den gyllene Miño-floddalen Albariño.Terroir, produktionsmetod och mognad: Vingårdarna ligger i den södra O Rosal-regionen i Riás Baixas i nordvästra Spanien, alldeles intill kusten på gränsen till Portugal. Klimatet är svalt i spansk stil och nederbörden är hög. Druvorna som används för att göra vinet är handplockade i 20-kilos lådor från 20-40 år gamla fruktträdgårdar som ligger på en max lutning på 20%, vars jord består av skiffer. Druvorna är noggrant utvalda på vingården, varefter vinet kallmacereras vid 10ºC i 6 timmar. Efter att druvorna pressats åldras vinet i ståltankar vid en kontrollerad temperatur.Serveringstemperatur: 10-12°C.Beskrivning: Den mineraliska och aromatiska doften har grönska, äppelskal, lite päron och grapefrukt.

The vineyards are located in the southern O Rosal sub-region of the Riás Baixas in northwestern Spain, right next to the coast on the border with Portugal. The climate is cool in Spanish terms and the rainfall is high. The grapes used to make the wine are hand-picked into 20-kilogram boxes from 20-40-year-old orchards located on a maximum slope of 20%, whose soil consists of slate. For more than 20 years until the beginning of 2019, one of the region's most respected and experienced oenologists, Cristina Mantilla, was the winemaker of the farm. The quality of the wines has been purposefully invested, and the production facilities completed in 2002 are indeed some of the most modern in the region. In 2016, Valmiñor installed and became the first winery in the region to use solar panels in its energy production. The farm's annual production is around 600,000 bottles.https://adegasvalminor.com/
